Oh no! We can’t make any changes to your order, but if you reach us in time we’ll be happy to cancel it so you can place a new one. Once orders are ready to ship, they can’t be cancelled, so get in touch right away! Email cs@orosabeauty.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Email cs@orosabeauty.com as soon as possible—if your order is still processing, sure thing! We can’t cancel orders once they’ve been prepared for shipping.

Shipping and Returns

Where does Orosa Beauty ship?

We currently ship to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping flat rate is $8 USD on US orders. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD. We do not offer express shipping options.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 5 business days. Have you been waiting longer? Please email cs@orosabeauty.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

Just a reminder, nail polish is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) by the US Department of Transportation and requires ground-only shipping. As a result, Orosa Beauty packages may be slower to arrive than other beauty products.

My polish was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.

USPS may have marked your package as delivered prematurely—your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. Has it been longer? Email us and we'll be glad to assist.

Be sure to double check your address when you receive your order confirmation e-mail to make sure that it’s up to date! If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?

All sales on orosabeauty.com are final. Items damaged in transit? We’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. Email cs@orosabeauty.com within 14 days of delivery.

What is 14-free/The Nope List?

The Nope List refers to a group of 14 questionable, harmful, or unethical ingredients that Orosa Beauty is committed to never using. Orosa Beauty never uses Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, Toluene, Camphor, Triphenyl Phosphate, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene, MEHQ/HQ, MIT, Palm Oil, Parabens, Animal-Derived Ingredients, or Gluten.

Where is Orosa Beauty manufactured?

Orosa Beauty’s Pure Cover Nail Paint is made in the United States. We always note the country of manufacture on our product pages.

How do I remove Pure Cover Nail Paint from my nails?

Any Acetone or Non-Acetone nail polish remover will easily remove Pure Cover Nail Paint from your nails. Simply soak a cotton pad in the remover and firmly swipe across the nail to remove.

Be sure to follow with a cuticle oil or moisturizer to keep your nails happy!

My Pure Cover Nail Paint has become thick and goopy. How did this happen?

Oh no! The viscosity and finish of nail polish can change when not stored properly. For best results, close cap tightly after use and store upright in a cool, dry spot away from direct light. Product buildup on the neck of the bottle may prevent the cap from closing completely; to remove product buildup from the neck of the bottle, carefully remove with nail polish remover and a cotton pad, being careful not to drip remover into the bottle.

I can’t get my polish to apply nicely. Any tips?

Pure Cover Nail Paint uses an innovative nail polish formula that is thicker than conventional nail polishes. With proper application, it applies opaque, dries quickly, and wears for up to a week without chipping. For best results, apply two thin coats onto clean, dry nails, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. Our signature wide-bristle brush makes it easy to coat the nail in one or two strokes.

To extend wear, apply over base coat and finish with a clear top coat. You can reapply top coat every few days to keep your mani going strong.
